The Integration of Breath & Movement Viniyoga is an ancient Sanskrit term that implies differentiation, adaptation, and appropriate application.

As a style of practice, Viniyoga refers to an approach to Yoga that adapts the various means and methods of practice to the unique condition, needs and interests of the individual – giving each practitioner the tools to individualize and actualize the process of self-discovery and personal transformation.

Viniyoga is a non-religious approach that seeks to integrate breath and movement to release stress and build strength. This approach evolved out of the teachings transmitted by T. Krishnamacharya and T.K. Desikachar of Madras, India.

Pat takes stress relieving yoga to businesses and individuals in the Merrimack Valley area of Massachusetts. Classes are currently available in North Andover and Tewksbury. Senior yoga is quickly becoming a staple of elderly fitness and Pat comes highly regarded in this area.
